Good Hygienic Performance
　　Nanxin" polypropylene PP-R water supply pipes and fittings products are hygienic and non-toxic, their raw materials and supplementary materials are safe and have all reached health standards, and no harmful substances produced during processing, so as to ensure the hygiene of the products. The products are in compliance with the national food hygiene standards after being tested by the health and quarantine departments. As green building materials, the products can be used as pipeline system for clean drinking water.
 
Attractive appearance, light weight
　　The products are characterized by smooth inside and outside walls, small fluid resistance, soft color and beautiful shape, and each of the products weighs only about 1/8 of that of metal pipes, which are easy to transport and install. Its index of thermal insulation, energy saving and thermal conductivity are only 1 / 20 of those of metal pipes, and therefore they can serve as hot water pipes, with good thermal insulation performance.
 
Good Heat Resistance
　　When the working temperature is 70 DEG C, they can be used on a long-term basis, and the water temperature for short-term use reaches 95 DEG C; the softening temperature is 140 DEG C.
 
High pressure resistance
　　The maximum nominal pressure is up to 3.2Mpa.
 
Good corrosion resistance
　　Except for a few oxidants, they can be resistant to the erosion of a variety of chemical media, which ensures the product to be free from rust, corrosion, bacteria, or electrochemical corrosion.
 
Long service life
　　The pipeline system can be used on a long term basis under the conditions of 70 DEG C and 1.0Mpa working pressure, and the service life is up to 50 years. Service life under low temperatures is up to 100 years.
 
Easy installation and high reliability
　　Hot melt connection is adopted, which can realize the connection of a joint within a few seconds; they can be connected with metal pipes and water appliances; high quality stainless steel or nickel plated brass inserts are used, which is safer and more reliable.
 
Moderate cost:
　　Compared with galvanized pipes, PP-R pipes are cheaper and more convenient for construction
 
Applications
　　The products are the most preferred pipeline facilities both for the hot and cold water supply in constructions and for applications to foods, medical, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding and other industries.
