DESCRIPTION

Nanxin” PR-PPR glass reinforced composite tube is made of three-layer material with special technology and equipment. The PP-R material of lining ensures hygiene index of pipe materials. The mid layer material is glass fiber which has advantages of strengthening and decreasing linear expansibility. PP-R material of outer layer is good for hot-melting connection of traditional PP-R pipe fitting. The reliable pipe with three-layer co-extrusion lamination has personalities of “Three Highs and One Low” — high density, rigidity and flexibility, and low linear expansibility, which rectify the shortages taking place when common PP-R pipe is used in stand pipe, clear tubing and hot water tube. It is an effective ideal upgraded product of common PP-R pipeline.
Application Advantages:
Healthy and nontoxic: it has passed detection of health index of CDC, belongs to green and environment-friendly construction material, and is applicable in pure drinking water pipe.
Heat and pressure resistant: under stipulated working pressure (testing intensity of pressure resistance is above 5Mpa), the pipe water temperature reaches 90 centigrade.
Erosion and scaling resistance: resist erosion of various chemical media, no scaling and erosion, no bacteria reproduction, also no rust and yellow spot in basin and bathtub.
Heat preservation and save energy: thermal conductivity coefficient is 1/200 of metal pipe; it is applicable for hot water tube.
Light weight: its specific gravity is one eighth of metal.
Beautiful appearance and handy & reliable installment: smooth lining, small flow resistance and hot melt resistance, no threading for hot-melting connection. The inner silk threaded fittings are connected with outer silk threaded fittings by high quality nickel-plated copper inserts, which is safe and reliable.
